Blazing Saddles (1974)

The 70's were a black hole for Westerns.  <pun intended>   The working title for BS was "Black Bart" -- Cleavon Little plays "Bart" -- a black sheriff.  The jokes are wonderfully Politically Incorrect.   YouTube is full of jokes and great scenes to remember.    A couple of my favorites:

Lyle (Burton Gilliam) tries to get the colored workers to sing a work song.  Burton actually has a pretty good voice-- something we never heard in all of his many bad guy roles.  This scene is a pretty nifty way to introduce Cleavon Little.

I'm sure you will find plenty of other great scenes from the movie if you look around there.

My favorite line from the movie (which I can't seem to find on youtube) is

"You'd do it for Randolph Scott!!"

Let me know if you find it!!
