Deep Fried Twinkies & Blueberry Muffins. Beer batter: 1 cup warm beer 1 cup flour (general purpose) Whip until smooth.
Cut Twinkies into Quarters
Dip quarters or blueberry muffins into batter until coated well, and fry in a deep fryer. (I finally have a little Fry Baby) Don't fill it too full -- leave an inch and a half at the top for boil up.
Hint: Whatever you are frying is done cooking when the vigorous boiling subsides.
