Bannack is a ghost town 'way down in the southwest corner of the state (very
close to Idaho.) Here is a Youtube tour of the town, accompanied by
Russell Smith and the Amusing Rhythm Aces.
Bannack is a few miles from Dillon
-- another shur-nuff western town.
A side note. The "hero" of Lawman,
Jared Maddox (Burt Lancaster) is the Marshall of Bannock. (sp) There is a
Bannock County in Idaho, but apparently no town of Bannock. I like to
think that he came from Montana.
